Our Clinics
All services are by appointment and clinic hours are based on volunteer provider availability. Please call 859.272.0219 for more information or to make an appointment.
Medical Care.
We provide primary medical care including gynecological exams, general physical exams, EKGs, lab work, psychiatric care, and general outpatient procedures. We may also provide referrals to partner agencies for more specialized medical needs.
Pharmacy Care.
Faith Pharmacy is open on Saturdays only beginning at 8:30am. All patients must arrive by 10:30am in order to be seen. To become a patient at Faith Pharmacy your physician must complete a referral form and have it faxed with the prescription to 859-272-0434.

Dental Care.
We offer primary dental care including fillings, cleanings, and extractions. There are also a limited number of denture appointments available for qualifying patients.
Vision Care.
We offer comprehensive eye exams as well as prescription eyeglasses.
